Welcome to Strawberry Health (STRW Inc.). We provide at-home testing to help you understand your hormonal health. Our mission is to empower you with greater health awareness, though we do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment.

THESE TERMS INCLUDE A MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 10 CAREFULLY, AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
By accessing and using our Services - including our website, test kits, and AI insights - you confirm that you fully understand and agree to these Terms in their entirety.
For purposes of these Terms:

b. "You," "your," or "User" refers to any individual accessing or using our Services.

e. "Lab Partners" refers to independent CLIA- and CAP-certified laboratories that process user samples and generate test results.
f. "AI Insights" refers to the AI-powered system that provides research-backed health explanations, insights, and recommendations.
g. "Subscription" refers to the annual membership plan required to access Strawberry Health’s testing and insights.
h. "Personal Information" refers to any data that identifies you, including but not limited to health information, test results, and contact details, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
a. STRAWBERRY HEALTH DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS, MEDICAL TREATMENT, OR ANY FORM OF MEDICAL OPINION THROUGH OUR SERVICES OR OTHERWISE. All materials, insights, and data provided through our Services are strictly for general informational purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
b. OUR SERVICES ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. We strongly recommend that you consult a licensed healthcare provider for all health-related questions, concerns, and treatment decisions. You covenant that you will not delay or ignore the advice of a qualified medical professional based on any information obtained through our Services. c. USING OUR SERVICES DOES NOT CREATE A DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP. The physicians who oversee your test requests and results are independent professionals who operate under their own licenses, regulations, and professional judgment. You acknowledge and agree that:
d. USE OUR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and agree that your reliance on our Services—including test results, AI-powered insights, and other health-related information—is at your own discretion and risk.
a. Your test results may provide information that is unexpected, complex, or emotionally sensitive. While we aim to provide meaningful insights, your results may include findings that you did not anticipate. We strongly recommend that you review your results with a qualified healthcare provider to fully understand their implications.
b. Test results are irreversible once received. If you choose to review your test results, you are committing to an awareness of the information provided. Consider speaking with a qualified healthcare professional before accessing your results if you are concerned about their potential impact.
c. Blood sample collection involves certain risks. Collecting a blood sample may cause temporary discomfort, bruising, lightheadedness, fainting, infection, or excessive bleeding. If you are at an elevated risk for complications or have concerns about self-collection, consult a medical provider before proceeding.
d. Lab results are subject to limitations. While we strive to facilitate accurate and reliable testing, you acknowledge that:

By using Strawberry Health’s Services, you acknowledge and accept that laboratory testing, AI-generated insights, and digital health tools have inherent limitations, and results may not always be accurate, complete, or conclusive. You understand that biological variability, sample handling, laboratory procedures, and technological limitations may affect the accuracy, reliability, and interpretation of your test results.
You further acknowledge that your test results may contain unexpected or distressing findings, and that certain results may have limited significance today but may take on greater meaning as scientific research evolves. You agree to use your results responsibly and to consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical or lifestyle decisions based on your test results.
b. No Warranties Regarding the Accuracy, Completeness, or Suitability of Information
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Strawberry Health does not warrant or guarantee that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Any claim filed after this period is permanently barred.
